July 2007 - Homeward Bound filed its articles of incorporation

August 2007 - Homeward Bound applied for 501c3 status and opened at our first adoption center, PetSmart on Craig and MLK, adopting out 11 cats and kittens in the first weekend. Thanks to Channel 13 and Channel 8 for awesome media exposure!

September 2007 - Homeward Bound received its 501c3 tax exempt status and opened its second Adoption Center, PetSmart on Decatur and Charleston

October 2007 - Homeward Bound opened its third Adoption Center. PetSmart on Eastern and Russell.

November 2007 - Winter Wish tree kicks off

December 2007 - 27 adoptions in the four days before Christmas

January 2008 - Six month anniversary ... almost 200 kitties adopted out to date

February 2008 - Honor your Pet's Vet kick offs
